Qavis ("we", "our", "us") operates qavis.co and its associated services. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short on purpose — if anything here is unclear, email us and we'll explain.
Information we collect
- Contact form submissions. When you submit the "Book a working session" form, we collect your name, company, work email, industry, problem area, and the description you provide. These are processed through Netlify Forms.
- Email correspondence. If you write to us at contact@qavis.co, we keep that correspondence so we can follow up.
- Analytics. We may collect anonymized usage data — page views and referrers — to understand how the site is used. This is not tied to your identity.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically logs standard web-server data, including IP addresses and browser identifiers.
How we use your information
- To respond to your working session requests and follow-up inquiries.
- To understand how visitors use our site and improve it.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except as necessary to operate our services (e.g., our hosting provider Netlify).
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business records, typically no longer than two years. You may request deletion at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable laws — including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of them, email contact@qavis.co and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Our CDN and hosting provider may set functional cookies required for service delivery.
Third-party services
- Netlify — hosting and form processing. Subject to Netlify's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts — typefaces loaded from Google's CDN. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
Security
We use HTTPS for all site traffic and apply reasonable technical measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure.
